Yes. Every scent in our Velour Mist Lab collection is alcohol-free, hypoallergenic, and developed with vet-informed, pet-safe fragrance levels. They’re gentle on skin and fur, leaving only a soft, lasting aroma.

2. How long does the scent last?

You can expect a light, fresh scent for 8–24 hours, depending on coat type and activity level.

3. Are the pet beds washable?

Absolutely. The cover unzips easily for removal and can be machine-washed cold. Air dry only — no bleach or tumble dry — to preserve the fabric’s soft micro-velvet finish and gold piping detail.

4. What sizes are available for the beds?

• Small: 26" × 20" × 7" — up to 20 lbs

• Medium: 30" × 24" × 7" — 20–50 lbs

• Large: 36" × 27" × 7" — 50+ lbs

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is in the works — join our email list to be the first to know when it launches.

6. How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
