Shipping Policy

At Fang & Velour, we take as much care in delivering your order as we do in crafting it. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your purchase will arrive.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (new product launches, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

  • Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (when available).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.

  • You can also log in to your Fang & Velour account to view tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for larger items (such as large dog beds) — a physical address is required.

  • International shipping will be available in the future — join our email list to be notified when it launches.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

  • Fang & Velour is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@fangvelour.com — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, we will ship the full order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
