Refund & Return Policy

At Fang & Velour, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and luxury of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging, including tags and inserts
Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
2. Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used Velour Mist Lab fragrances
Pet beds that show signs of use (including fur, odors, or wear)
Gift cards
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
3. Starting a Return
To initiate a return:
Email support@fangvelour.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer care team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
In cases of damaged or defective products, Fang & Velour will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
